Dear Devotees,

It has recently come to our attention that there is some confusion regarding Buddhi Yoga Society, and Vaisnavas C.A.R.E. Inc.(www.vaisnavascare.com).

Although both organizations are concerned about the welfare of the Vaisnavas, they are separate and different organizations. They are funding different projects and are governed by different board members. The members of the board of directors for Vaisnavas C.A.R.E., Inc. include: Sangita devi dasi, Jusaniya devi dasi, Nirakula devi dasi, Jagarini devi dasi, Kaulini devi dasi and.

Vaisnavas C.A.R.E. was started in 2001 by Sangita devi dasi and Jusaniya devi dasi and was joined by His Holiness Bhakti Tirtha Swami shortly thereafter. Sangita is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (RN, CHPN) and is the author of The Final Journey -Complete Hospice Care for Departing Vaisnavas (Torchlight Publishing), a user-friendly guide for end-of- life care for individuals and their families and is being used worldwide by our society of devotees and others. Jusaniya is an experienced hospice registered nurse (RN, BSN)

We continue to have a growing need for your support (Please see article entitled, “It Takes a Village”) to care for the many requests we receive from families of departing devotees as well as chronically ill devotees. To clarify, donations given to Buddhi Yoga Society (temporary hospice fund) are not received by, nor handled by, members of Vaisnavas C.A.R.E. Thank you for your consideration.

Yours in service to the Vaisnavas, Vaisnavas C.A.R.E. Board of Directors.
