The docstoc website allows you to upload an unlimited amount of documents on their site where they are automatically transformed in flash type of file, providing you the code for embeding it on your site, customizing it according to your lay out. Each file can be up to 100MB. You can upload both as a registered user or not. From their FAQ page:
