Nirmala Krishna Das: HH Bhakti Vijnan Goswami is giving seminars on 1) Psychological Aspects of the Bhagavat Gita & 2)Practical & Scientific importance in Krishna Consciousness in Moscow.

Well at the end of the seminar Maharaja gave 7 intructions and said if we follow these instructions, progress in krishna Consciousness is assured. So I thought to share it with you all. At the end of the day or the next day we ought to check whether we have followed the instructions or not. Now, here are the 7 principles.

1. Decide your goal ( in krishna Consciousness)

2. Do your sadhana… here the importance was stressed on timings. To maintain a regular timing every day.

3. Forget the past and do not bother about the future as both are not in your hands.

4. Always remember that Lord Krishna is with you.

5. Only associate with devotees who follow these principles in life. (There are many kind of devotees, we must associate with those who can help us progress in KC)

6. Read or hear every day from Scriptures.

7. Introspect yourself how much you have progressed.

Hope this will help us all in our sadhana.
