It has been some time now that many temples have been sharing their regular programs in real time with the rest of the internet world, a complete list of which you can find here: http://www.krishna.com/en/taxonomy/term/18 ( last member of the “club” being Iskcon Montreal, Canada. )
This wonderful service for devotees can now be extended to all temples and preachers with the help of several websites that offer free streaming, both live and on demand (recorded shows). I have tried some of these broadcasting tools and have found them very simple, practical and efficient.
I would like to bring your attention towards the http://www.ustream.tv/ website which could be helpful to start with: With just a webcam and a free registration will set up your channel where you can start broadcasting in a matter of minutes.
You can record your broadcastings, which then remain available on the ustream site for everyone to watch, with the site itself also supplying the code to embed them on your own site or blog if you so desire.
There is text chat facility by which the speaker can interact with his viewers, showing the number of the partecipants updating in real time. This also can be embeded on one’s site.
There is feed subscription by which you can be notified when there is new recorded show of your favorite channel.
You can also password protect your show, or make it private.
There are already several temples and Iskcon leaders who are using this facility, here are some links:

HH Bhakti Caru Swami: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/bhakti-charu-swami-seminar
HH Hridayananda das Goswami: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/acharyadeva-darshans
Friends of Lord Krishna: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/friends-of-lord-krishna
and other individual devotee’s channels easily available by searching the site.
A quick look at Ustream shows over 700 churches using Ustream.TV delivering their Sunday services and sermons live on the Internet.
So, with a minimum effort and expence you can also be broadcasting your SB classes or other preaching events, sharing your Krishna katha in real time – or recorded – for the joy and benefit of all the vaishnavas of the world. Please consider!
