Dear God-family, disciples and well-wishers of Jayapataka Swami

Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

We have been just informed that both the liver & kidney transplants were completed successfully and has been shifted to ICU. We thank you all for your sincere prayers and offerings to the Lord. We thank the Lord for His mercy on Maharaja and all of us.

Now comes the crucial phase of waiting to see how the body accepts the new organs and we will all need to continue to pray that Maharaj does not have to encounter any of the multiple post operative complications possible in such a major surgery.

Doctors have, cautioned us that Maharaja is to be given excellent care to facilitate his recuperation and prevent any infections, as he will be on immunity suppressing drugs.(making him more prone to infections).

The hospital(s) have indicated that NO VISITORS WILL BE ALLOWED for the next 30 days. Please refrain from coming to the hospital. Instead, you may kindly send videos and reports of activities in your congregations that can be posted on www.jayapatakaswami.com and this will please Maharaja. This will enable Maharaja to remain connected with you in this recovery period and will help him get well faster.

Maharaja thanks all those who have been praying for him and his health and is touched by the wonderful messages he has from all his God Brothers and leaders of ISKCON worldwide.

We will keep you posted on the progress over the next few weeks on a DAILY BASIS at 2000 hours IST.

On behalf of the Health Team and JPS Seva Committee,

Maha Varaha Das
