ISKCON Columbus is building a new temple at the recently acquired 53 acres in Hilliard Ohio. Project is in the construction drawings phase and is expected to complete by fall of 2020. We are seeking a qualified devotee who will be our fund raising administrator
and work closely with the new temple team to materialize this project. This position is for 5 years from 2018 to 2023 
Position description
  1. Responsible for working with existing software- donor snap and other fund raising software programs. 
  2. Contacting, motivating, and following up with existing and new donors
  3. Home visits, personal meetings with new and existing donors
  4. Souvenir development
  5. Managing fund raising events
  6. Working with a team to realize ISKCON objectives of friend and fund raising

Ability to execute a fund raising strategy meetings with Donors
Data collection, adding emails and phone numbers

Spiritual responsibilities
Attending morning program
Chanting 16 rounds and following 4 regulative principles
Working for the interest of Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON
Good background references
Good health 
 5 years experience in ISKCON
Experience with fund raising 
Good social, interpersonal and communication skills
Job duties
Daily: calling and inviting our contacts to weekly programs, mahasatsangs, festivals and then following up with them and making friends. Visiting donors. Attending temple morning program and visible sadhana
Weekly: organizing meetings with donors, sending them thank you notes, designing mailers
Monthly: meetings with new temple committee, key updates, monthly fund raising newsletter to the community
