Atma Organic Cafe: Hare Krishna! ‘ATMA Organic Café’ is a trendy Café and Restaurant being promoted by a couple of dedicated ISKCON devotees living in New Zealand (who are also professionals in their respective fields of the media and food industry). The Café/Restaurant will be located in the popular Elliott Stables (www. elliottstables. co. nz) in the heart of Auckland’s Central Business District. We are targeting a popular market of smart office executives, tourists, alternative lifestyle people, and ofcourse the ever-growing Hare Krishna congregation. Needless to say, we will strictly serve prasadam to the customers. This is NOT an ISKCON temple project, but an independent, commercial venture. The presentation is very professional, high class and fully incorporates sustainable development and organic and eco values. Our broader vision is to take this concept to other countries and also develop a sustainable farming culture to compliment the business venture. This would mean developing organic horticulture projects by acquiring land and accommodating/supporting like minded individuals and communities. ATMA is inviting a supporter with vision and similar values for equity participation in the project. We are pushing a March end opening and working hard to get the fit-outs completed. The 170 sq. mt. space looks amazing with a rustic brick facade spanning across 80% of the front-of-house, complimented by a brilliant aesthetic design by our very creative Dutch landlord who supports our values and vision to the core.
