Devotee Care Course – Mayapur – 21 -23 February 2020

Venue – Vaishnava Academy, Mayapur
Eligibility – This course is suitable to leaders, caregivers and other devotees committed to instituting devotee care within ISKCON and in their local, regional and national communities. The course is most helpful to those who attend in teams, offering opportunities for strategic planning.
The features of this course are as follows:
Explore the Krishna Conscious principles & values underpinning Devotee Care.
Analyze research data, including reasons behind any inadequate provision of care.
Formulate corroborative ideas and standards for good practice.
Practice listening skills, as applied in meetings and other group/managerial contexts.
Write a Strategic Plan for applying caring principles in our own contexts/communities.
Present a report to a hypothetical team to convince them of the value of DC in pushing forward both the global movement and their local project.

Attendees must be reasonably fluent in English. Registered devotees are required to attend the entire course; part-time attendance is not permitted.
