By Radha Mohan das

On Sunday 28th March Bhaktivedanta Manor Krishna Temple near Watford held its annual Rama Navami celebration, which observes the birth of Lord Rama.

The festival included drama, dance, devotional music and a Children’s Spring Fair.

Lord Rama is hailed as the perfect son, the perfect student, the perfect brother, the perfect husband, and the perfect king. He is the perfect teacher to society and if some these qualities were to be imbibed in our leaders then our world could be a very different place. With the upcoming General Election, perhaps today’s politicians will feel inspired by the example of Lord Rama!
