“As Governor of the State of Arizona, I would like to welcome everyone to annual observance of Sri Krishna Janmashatmi.

Sri Krishna, revered as the Supreme Personality of Godhead by Hindus, appeared five thousand years ago and spoke The Bhagvad-Gita, which is treated as the best treatise on spirituality by religious clergies and philosophers all around the world. Sri Krishna Janmashtami is a worldwewide festival, celebrated to observe Sri Krishna and to promote peace, love, and joy among communities, nations, and people.

I would also like to commend ISKCON of Phoenix, for organizing this celebration of Sri Krishna Janmashtami.

Once again, welcome and best wishes for a successful celebration!
