Vrindavan is the place of Radha Krsnas pastimes and in Vrindavan ,Gopala Bhatta Goswami revealed to Srinivasa Acaryas ekadasa to him as Mani Manjari.
Srila Gopal Bhatta Goswami is also a manjari:He is Guna Manjari. So when he states: ” You are Mani Manjari in the group of Manjaris under Shri Gunamanjari.”
He is revealing that Srinivasa acarya in his manjari form is eternally serving Radha Krsna under his manajari svarupa as Gunamanjari, this is mentioned in Prema

Dhyanachandra Goswami has stated :

Guna manjari
In the northeastern part of Sri Campakalata’s kunja lies the beautiful Gunanandaprada Kunja, where Sri GunaManjari always resides. Her complexion is bright like lightning, and she wears a fine silk dress the color of a red jabaflower. She is famous for her strong desire to make Rupa Manjari happy. She is three days younger than Sri Tulasi (Rati Manjari) and is the delight of Sri Krsna. She is described as being daksina-prakhara in nature. Her age is 13 years, 1 month and 27 days. In gaura-lila she is known as Sri Gopala Bhatta Gosvami.
The mantra for Guna Manjari is: gam guna-mañjaryai svåhå
Her dhyåna is also described in the same book: I worship ¸Srî Guna Mañjarî, whose dress is
the color of a red jabå flower, whose bodily color is like lightning, and who is always eager to
please Sri Krsna¸

TRANSLATION
1) O Gunamanjari, the embodiment of divine live, please listen to my prayer. As I ponder upon your countless qualities, my mind simply becomes enchanted by you.
2) O Hari! When will that auspicious day be mine? O Gunamanjari! When will I be able to achieve the treasure of serving the youth couple along with you?
3) Seeing me as a distressed soul, please constantly bestow your mercy upon me. Due to your own magnanimous nature, please fulfill my desire. Besides you, who, like the water laden cloud of the monsoon, will quench my thirst? You are undoubtedly the hope for the hopeless. In my heart I am completely convinced about that. I beg you to kindly look upon me with your tender eyes shining with sympathy.

1) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who are always engaged in chanting the holy name of Kṛṣṇa and dancing. They are just like the ocean of love of God, and they are popular both with the gentle and with the ruffians, because they are not envious of anyone. Whatever they do, they are all-pleasing to everyone, and they are fully blessed by Lord Caitanya. Thus they are engaged in missionary activities meant to deliver all the conditioned souls in the material universe.
2) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who are very expert in scrutinizingly studying all the revealed scriptures with the aim of establishing eternal religious principles for the benefit of all human beings. Thus they are honored all over the three worlds and they are worth taking shelter of because they are absorbed in the mood of the gopisand are engaged in the transcendental loving service of RÄdhÄ and Kṛṣṇa.
3) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who are very much enriched in understanding of Lord Caitanya and who are thus expert in narrating His transcendental qualities. They can purify all conditioned souls from the reactions of their sinful activities by pouring upon them transcendental songs about Govinda. As such, they are very expert in increasing the limits of the ocean of transcendental bliss, and they are the saviors of the living entities from the devouring mouth of liberation.
4) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who kicked off all association of aristocracy as insignificant. In order to deliver the poor conditioned souls, they accepted loincloths, treating themselves as mendicants, but they are always merged in the ecstatic ocean of the gopis’ love for Kṛṣṇa and bathe always and repeatedly in the waves of that ocean.
5) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who were always engaged in worshiping RÄdhÄ-Kṛṣṇa in the transcendental land of Vá¹›ndÄvana where there are beautiful trees full of fruits and flowers which have under their roots all valuable jewels. The GosvÄmÄ«s are perfectly competent to bestow upon the living entities the greatest boon of the goal of life.
6) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who were engaged in chanting the holy names of the Lord and bowing down in a scheduled measurement. In this way they utilized their valuable lives and in executing these devotional activities they conquered over eating and sleeping and were always meek and humble enchanted by remembering the transcendental qualities of the Lord.
7) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who were sometimes on the bank of the RÄdhÄ-kunda lake or the shores of the Yamuna and sometimes at Vaḿśīvaá¹a. There they appeared just like madmen in the full ecstasy of love for Kṛṣṇa, exhibiting different transcendental symptoms in their bodies, and they were merged in the ecstasy of Kṛṣṇaconsciousness.
8) I offer my respectful obeisances unto the six GosvÄmÄ«s, namely ÅšrÄ« RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ«JÄ«va GosvÄmÄ«, and ÅšrÄ« GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ«, who were chanting very loudly everywhere in Vá¹›ndÄvana, shouting, “Queen of Vá¹›ndÄvana, RÄdhÄrÄṇī! O Lalita! O son of NandaMahÄrÄja! Where are you all now? Are you just on the hill of Govardhana, or are you under the trees on the bank of the YamunÄ? Where are you?” These were their moods in executing Kṛṣṇa consciousness.
Srila Visvanath Chakravati Thakura has also prayed to Guna manjari in his Sankalpa kalpa Druma:
tumi satata sviya prananather sripadapadma-seva-sampattir adhikarini, ataeva tumi atulaniya tumi amar prati prasanna hao; he gunamanjari. tomake pranam kari, tumi amar prati daya kara; he rasamayi rasamanjari. tumi amake uddhar kara. (92)
“Hey Manjulali, you are always eligible to perform seva to Radha and Krsna. Therefore you are incomparable. Please be favourable towards me. Oh hey Guna Manjari, I offer my pranamas to you, please be merciful. Oh hey Rasa Manjari, you are filled with nectar, please uplift me.”

ÅšrÄ«la GopÄla Bhaá¹á¹a GosvÄmÄ« compiled a book called Sat-kriyÄ-sÄra-dÄ«pikÄ, edited the Hari-bhakti-vilÄsa, wrote a foreword to the á¹¢aá¹-sandarbha and a commentary on the Kṛṣṇa-karṇÄmá¹›ta, and installed the RÄdhÄramaṇa Deity in Vá¹›ndÄvana. In the Gaura-gaṇoddeÅ›a-dÄ«pikÄ (184) it is mentioned that his previous name in the pastimes of Lord Kṛṣṇa was Anaá¹…ga-mañjarÄ«. Sometimes he is also said to have been an incarnation of Guṇa-mañjarÄ«. .
Most acaryas in our line has described Gopala Bhatta Goswami as Guna Manjari.
Here is some nice links about Srila Gopal Bhatta Goswami:

Gopala Bhatta Goswami when he came to Vrindavana he recieved
a wooden sitting plank (hoki) which Lord Caitanye had used along with a pair of His undergarments and one of His upper cloths - uttara or chaddar. “Having received these gifts Gopal Bhatta was in ecstasy and he worshipped them as the prasad (tadiya) of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.
Visvambara Goswami from Radharaman temple gave me darshan of a piece of the garment of Lord Caitanya he kept within a photo frame in 1986,I offer my full obaisences to this holy Tadiya of Lord Caitanya, and feel greatly blessed I could have its darshan.
Gopal Bhatta Goswami obtained 12 Salagrama silas at Gandaki river in Nepal and when he came beack to Vrindavana on one Narasimha Caturdasi he prayed to
Salagrama Sila that my dear Lord Narasimha you appeared from a pillar, now Krsna you please appear in Your 3 fold bending form from the Salagrama sila.
Next day this happened the Damodara (Krsna sila) assumed the form of Radha Ramana and he was greatly overjoyed, hearing the ecstatic prayers of Gopal Bhatta Goswami to Radha Ramana, Srila Rupa Goswami and Sanatana Goswami and all the great vaisnava acaryas came running and oceans of tears of Krsna prema flowed
from the eyes of the Goswamis.
Srila Narottama das Thakura has advised us:
4 All glories to Srila Rupa Goswami, Sanatana Goswami and Raghunatha Bhatta Goswami, to Srila Jiva Goswami, Gopala Bhatta Goswami, and Raghunatha Dasa Goswami!
5) I bow to the feet of these six Goswamis. By their grace, our obstacles can be destroyed and all desires are fulfilled.
6) I am the servant of these six Goswamis. The dust of their lotus feet is my fivefold subsistence.
7) To be a servant of their lotus feet and to reside in the company of devotees–this is my aspiration birth after birth.
8) When these six Goswamis lived in Vraja, they revealed the eternal pastimes of Sri Sri Radha and Krsna.
9) In ecstasy, sing the name of Lord Hari and worship Vrindavan, joyfully fixing your mind upon the lotus feet of the bona-fide spiritual master and the pure devotees.
