Sanjaya Prabhu

I frist met Sanjaya on Dristadumnya bus of Radha Damodarra Travelling Sankritian party .Sanjaya was our star book distributor he and Govinda Datt Prabhu.Allways a big sweet smile on his face and kind words.

Then I didnt see him for 25 yrs and he came to visit me when I was living in a stone house on the ocean in china .I was able to cook for him and he kindly said that the subjis we served him tasted as if they came from Shree Dham Mayapur .We were both in the painting business and I tryed to please him but we were not able to satisfy his needs in that requard .

Sanjaya always spoke of Srila Prabhuapada with very deep love and reverence he always wanted to best of our Society and did his best at being a good prabhu which he allways was and allways will be.

I look forward to meeting him again in the spiritual sky and ask for his blessings on me his lowly godbrother.

Until We Meet Again

Gaurav Mittal
Haveing the personal assoication with Srila Prabhupada ,His Divine Graces Vapu, is the future perfection of all of Srila Prabhupadas disclips , we whom have tasted His Divine Graces assoication in this life ,are all eager to have again his eternal assoication ,with Krishna directly this is not some sentimental illison but our real distination .

All the followers of Srila Prabhupada will attain Srila Prabhupadas assoication by the Divine Grace of thier connection with Srila Prabhupada and that of the entire Guru Parumpara, as well as Shree Shree Radha Krishna Gour Nitai ,when we become quailifed to enter into Thier eternal pastimes ,in thier service, in our real eternal forms.

Disappearance of Sripad Bhakti Svarupa Damodara Maharaja

All Glories to His Holiness Srila Bhakti Svarupa Damodara Maharaja the dear son of Srila Prabhupada .Krishna has brought him home away from the danger of battle.Prehaps one of the most prefected of all of Srila Prabhupada disclips .
Of all of the faith I process in Krishna and Srila Prabhupada I have the same faith that His Holiness Bhakti Svarupa Damodara is now serving them again directly .
It is our greatest misfortune to lose the assoication of such a devottee.
my humble obeisances at his Holy Feet.

12:30 pm 28th, the water has stopped rising, but we have just got news that
one barrage has broken and 1 foot more water is coming towards us by to
The water entered Panchatatvas alter yesterday evening, Lord Narasimha is no
longer being dressed accept for a simple piece of cloth as whatever cloth is
offered gets wet within an hour. Full worship is continuing. Srila
Prabhupada has been taken to the top floor of the conch building and guru
puja is going on there. The small deities and salagrams will most probably
be moved to the conch building in the morning.

Unfortunately yesterday at 4:30 pm 27th, three devotees drowned when their
bout turned over. Suchitendra’s wife [Gouri Devi dasi, Srila Prabhupada’s
grand daughter] and daughter plus his brother all died in the accident.

Power is still on in most of the areas but the main grihaster area is only
getting generator power for a few hours a day. The Ganga’s current has
increased and it is not so easy to move around. The humidity is very high
and there are a lot of smelly fumes coming from the water.

A short story

Tejiyas Prabhu has intensely served Srila Prabhupada in New Delhi in South India
and in Bubaneshwar.
I personally saw Tejiyas Prabhu travelling from city to city all over India to collect from rich men donations for the construction of Our Temple in Bubaneswar ,which he pactically built himself .
I remenber Tejiyas Prabhu answer to my request for better prasada as I wasnt able to honor the austere prasada that HH Gour Govinda Maharaja had prepared,of gourd vines and soaked uncooked tapicoa .Tejiyas Prabhus reply was:” I am too busy ! Dont brother me your material considerations and when he saw some god-brothers reading mundane books…He asked them the year was 1984 “Has it gotten that bad already?”
