The Expansion of Christ Consciousness - Parallels with ISKCON
Just as an FYI to Kaunteya Prabhu: Here in our local (growing) ISKCON community, which is located in a large metro area of the USA, the link to this article was posted through our e-group. I was surprised to see that within a couple days I know of at least a few of our very active members who have begun to seriously discuss this article. It seems that there are those out there who may not be posting comments directly on this site, but who find this material very thought provoking and very relevant. Kauteya Prabhu, I thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please continue this important discussion. Thank you.

Were you a religion student in OSU around 1996-97? Maybe I have you confused with someone else, but I thought I knew of someone with a similar sounding name. (I have lost touch with that person for some time.)
It is always quite enlivening for my own japa practice to hear such information. I am curious to see if there is any interest out there in the devotee community for a discussion email group on japa. It could be for the purpose of japa enthusiasts to correspond with each other and share realizations and references from sastra and acharya’s. I have heard that some type of website is in the works, but I think the details are still being worked out. What I propose is just a very simple forum that could operate through existing Iskcon email apparatus or even some type of a yahoo group. If there are similar initiatives that are out there in the Vaishnav community already, I would be happy to know about that.
I have been tossing this idea around lately among some devotees that I personally know. But once I saw this article by Dr. Rosario posted I thought that that a larger group of devotees could ruminate on the whole idea.
