Mayapur, Mumbai-Juhu, and Los Angeles were the top three large temples. Pune Camp, London-Soho and Bharuch were the top three medium temples. Atlanta Krishna Life, Swansea and Surat were the top small temples and Baltimore, Winnipeg and Kishinev were the top maha-small temples this month. Over 434,000 literatures were distributed this month.

Over 465,000 literatures were distributed this month and even Pope Leo XIV got in on the action as shown below!

March was a great month for book distribution. Four hundred and seventy-nine thousand nine hundred and two books were distributed to the people on this planet, giving them the opportunity to connect with Krsna, stop their suffering, and begin their journey back to Godhead. The most important moment in a person's life is when they get one of Prabhupada's books, hear the holy name, or take krsna-prasada.

For February 2025, Mayapur was again the #1 temple in the world with 80,389 book points. As when he was here with us, I'm sure Gopal Krsna Maharaja would like to see New Delhi competing with Mayapur for the top position. Come on, Delhi distributors, we know you have it in you to do big! Among Medium temples, Salem, India had the biggest increase with 1,972 book points. Also, the Salem devotees have almost finished building the only solid stone temple in ISKCON. In January the two most sacred dhams in the world were the venues for ISKCON's #1 and #2 book distribution teams. Vrindavan was #1 with 131,338 book points, and Mayapur was #2 with 120,443 book points. A big reason these teams rack up such huge scores is the huge numbers of people who visit these holy places and buy Srila Prabhupada's books. Also, both these temples field fired-up traveling sankirtana parties (like Mayapur's ten big bus parties).

For the year 2024, we're not surprised. Mayapur was No. 1 for the year, with Jayapataka Swami's steady team of book distributors going out and giving the mercy of Krsna. They did 1,819,832 book points! May Jayapataka Swami live a long life! He's such an inspiration to devotees worldwide. The Srila Prabhupada marathon in December was another incredible victory for Lord Caitanya's sankirtana movement. The Chowpatty temple in Mumbai was the No. 1 temple worldwide in December. "The simple temple," as it is known, is also a fired-up book distribution center.

The end of the year is almost upon us and what a year it's been. We haven't had such a successful year since 1983! In the Large Temples category, the temple that increased the most last month was Melbourne, Australia, with 15,495 book points. One reason they did so big was that the #1 book distributor in the world serves in Melbourne and--surprise, surprise--that distributor is a Vaisnavi! Mahalaxmi devi dasi earned 5,215 book points, the first time in decades that the top distributor is a lady. Among Large Temples Mumbai-Chowpatty, famous as the simple temple, netted 39,002 book points and had the largest increase in that category with 287%. Among Medium Temples, London-Soho had a 30% increase for 7,782 book points. The London temple is uniquely situated. You walk out the front door and-- presto-- you're at a sankirtan spot, and a good one. Indeed, quite often I've walked out the front door and met so many nice people who've taken Srila Prabhupada's books.

So far, September turned out to be one of the most successful months of the year. Ten temples reported over a 999% increase--amazing! ISV was the #1 temple in the world--incredible! Mayapur is so huge nobody was even getting close to them, so quite a surprise.

The situation in Ukraine is inconceivable-ten temples reported book scores! That's more now than before the war. Many devotees are out of work, freeing them to focus on their true mission, our family business of distributing Prabhupada's books. It's Krsna's mercy. They were #10 in the world last month. Canada is another remarkable story. With twenty temples reporting, they saw a 37% increase in distribution. Enthusiasm is clearly growing; Canada ranked 4th worldwide.

Mayapur was way ahead of everyone in July with 204,130 book points. There used to be a big competition between New Delhi and Mayapur. I know it's difficult for the disciples of Gopal Krsna Maharaja and many more devotees now that his vapu isn't with us but his vani is still with us. He gave us so many nice instructions about book distribution, inspiring his disciples and many others. I'm sure he'll be very pleased if his disciples continue the transcendental competition.

In the month of June, among the Large Temples, Moscow had the highest increase at 220% for 6,029 book points. To avoid being drafted into the army, many sankirtan devotees have left Russia, but some heroes have stayed, to fight the greater battle against maya. Among the Medium Temples, Buenos Aires had the highest increase at 330% for 13,524 book points. Buenos Aires was also the only temple reporting in Argentina, raising their country to #4 in the world for June. We haven't seen them this high in the transcendental competition in a long time. In most of the temples around the world, it's summertime. A time when people are outdoors, soaking up the rays of the sun--and if they're lucky, meeting devotees who dispel the darkness of maya with the sun of Krsna consciousness. The British yatra is brimming with fresh enthusiasm for book distribution. Among the Large Temples, the Bhaktivedanta Manor's 2,619 book points achieved the largest increase at 806%. London temple's 7,760 book points was #2 in large-temple increase at 194%, and the #1 Maha-Small Temple increase was Birmingham at 257%. Once the greatest power in the world materially, Britain is becoming great again spiritually. Similarly, Latin America, famous for its hot spots, boasts two temples on fire with book distribution. Among the large temples, Ujjain, India, collected 4,775 book points, the largest increase at 212%. I'm sure the temple's founder, our dearly missed Bhakti Caru Swami, is pleased with the devotees there. A temple in a city I'd never heard of--Bharuch, India--was #2 in the medium temples with 12,096 book points. Book distribution in India is just booming. Here's a pleasant surprise: The number one book distributor in the world last month is a bhakta! Bhakta Kevin based in Los Angeles. What's more, of the 2,530 books Kevin distributed, 1789 were Arabic books, boosting his score to 7,122 book points! Astounding news from Russia: A small town in Siberia named Berdsk was #1 in that vast country with 6,816 book points. Simply wonderful.

In the large category, it won't be a surprise: Mayapur was #1, way ahead of everyone else, at 133,188 book points. In the medium category, Bopal, India was #1 with 11,158 book points. Gopal is pleased with the service of His Bopal devotees. In the small category, Surat was #1 with 14,148 book points. In 1970 Prabhupada took 20 devotees to Surat to do harinama-sankirtana. The devotees and the people were so happy that the mayor proclaimed it a holiday--no school, no work--just to greet the devotees. For decades Krsna's sincere devotees have blessed conditioned souls everywhere by distributing Srila Prabhupada's books--especially in December, the month of the Prabhupada Marathon. In December 2023, acting as Krsna's instruments, devotees worldwide distributed 4,461,211 books.

The temple in the large category with the highest increase was Mumbai Kharghar. A lot of books need to be distributed in Mumbai to counter the Western influence permeating the city. They did 6,309 book points, a jump of 336%. In medium temples Ahmedabad was #1 with 43,014 book points and had the highest increase at 95%. In the small temple category Chandigarh was #1 and had the highest increase with 48,293 book points. With an increase of 999%! That's huge for a small temple.

October was another milestone for book distribution. In the Large Temple category, Chowpatti had the largest increase: 153%, with 17,408 book points. In the Medium Temple category, Mexico City took the cake: a 227% increase, with 2,583 book points. A surprise in the Medium Temple category area was San Diego, with 8,106 book points, which made them the number the one temple. In the Small Temple category, Odessa in Ukraine had the largest increase: 617%, With 1,811 book points. The big news for August is that a 72-year-old devotee was the No. 1 book distributor, and this isn't his first time.
