Now this is THE question? The very last paragraph is the key to it being a success or failure. The words are "Community" and "environmental sustainability". These two subjects create a monumental aim and goal to achieve. Usually people aiming at these two combined goals, dont make it. But they are perfect partners to work with. Now especially in Devotional Service at the top of the ladder there is the Mode of Goodness that we can invest in to this project. Community, in the mode of goodness, and then Environmental Sustainability in the mode of Goodness. Combine these two together simultaneously as they develop and the conclusion will be reached of the Natural Economic Model to live by, and then to educate other people. In other words the purpose of Iskcon No.6 "To bring the members closer together for the purpose of teaching a simpler and more natural way of life." Srila Prabhupada is saying we want to bring the devotees even more closer together to teach simple natural living.
A simpler and more natural way of life is The Mode of Goodness lifestyle and the ONLY Economic Model that we should be aiming for. For all devotees. Living in Community brings to us all the facility/place to live within, Environmental Sustainability brings in the lifestyle, how to live, and then automatically we will create the Economic Model to live by, how we create wealth to Trade with.
Because the basis of all these facilities can only be Cow Protection, it means to Trade as well. To Trade with our other Communities, and to teach all of this monumental project to others we will have to practice it ourselves and become experts at it.
