Niscala Dasi: We are not interested in santa rasa or having a relationship with Krsna in a neutral peaceful way, because that pales into insignificance compared to the bliss of loving interaction with Krsna, who forever attracts the minds of the atmaramas steeped in impersonal trance of peace, such as Sanat and Sanatan Kumar.
But Santa Claus is a different matter. He is an all-attractive person- who doesn’t love Santa? Like Santa Claus, Krsna gives lots of free gifts He already knows what we want. Whatever we want, we will get.
Some of His gifts are permanent and eternally blissful and the only qualification is that we want them very much (lobha).This of course is also dependent on us being good boys and girls, giving up our sense of lording it over the material nature (being good for mom and dad). He will then take us on his lap (sit in our hearts) and ask us (what do you want for christmas?)
One day He may slide down the chimney of our vision, which is tunnel like at present and besieged with the soot of material desires. He will place prema at the foot of our bhakti tree and disappear.
Then we will become mad after Him. We will run out of our bedrooms (our bodies) and try to find Him, searching around not only our Christmas tree, but many others in the eternal forest of Vraja.
