Wet stool, dry stool….it is stool. We are so very fortunate, potentially, if we take advice and direction from our Srila Prabhupada. How do we counter delusion? Certainly not with more delusion! Krishna forcefully describes His illusory energy, the inverted banyan tree, and He tells us to "cut it down."
"The real form of this tree cannot be perceived in this world. No one can understand where it ends, where it begins, or where its foundation is. But with determination one must CUT DOWN THIS TREE with the weapon of detachment. So doing, one must seek that place from which, having once gone, one never returns, and there surrender to that Supreme Personality of Godhead from whom everything has begun and in whom everything is abiding since time immemorial." BG 15:4
To save his disciples, Srila Prabhupada sees through temporary karma, viewing the jiva-soul, Krishna dasa. Were it not so, none, not a one of us could ever have hoped to receive his mercy. No banning! Srila Prabhupada pushed us forward in service to Lord Chaitanya. Some were wounded on the field of battle, all under Krishna's dominion, designed to bring the aspiring devotees to greater purification, preparing us for ultimate future entry into the spiritual world…without a doubt. The disease of being "puffed up" is only one of degree. No more kaitava dharma! Let us progress through the guidance of our Acharya, a pure devotee of the Lord. His only motivation is the elevation of his disciples to the platform of Krishna consciousness. He lives through his instructions and example. The hope of ISKCON now & in the future. Pusta Krishna das
