Mayapur Kirtan Mela (Album of photos)
Ramai Swami: Every year at the Mayapur festival, there is a kirtan mela, which features well-known kirtan leaders from around the world. It starts in the morning, after the program and goes into the evening until 10.00pm.
Many thousands of devotees attend and the mood in front of Sri Panca Tattva is ecstatic. It’s great to see everyone come together and just absorb themselves in kirtan, which is what the movement of Lord Caitanya is all about.
