This process can be accelerated with the help of the state administrators and those who are producing the country&#8217;s wealth. Simply by liberal distribution of *prasadam* and sankirtan, the whole world can become peaceful and prosperous. (SB 4.12.10, purport)&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It was a biblical program, we had 2 hours to distribute 5000 plates of Prasad at Trafalgar Square London. It seems impossible but about 40 volunteers turned up to help serve and the day before we had 30 volunteers turn up at Bhativedanta Manor to help chop the vegetables. We cooked rice and Subji and everybody loved it.<\/p>\n<p>Of course Krishna is all attractive but it&#8217;s also our duty to produce first class Prasad so as everyone will be attractive. You would be shocked to know how much butter, cream and fresh tomatoes went into those pots. We brought our biggest pot to Trafalgar Square and reloaded the subji into it. Devotees are accustomed to seeing giant pots but not the general public.<\/p>\n<p>The Bishop of London and Boris Johnson the Mayor of London were among the celebrities who were distributing the Prasad. The event was to raise awareness of food waste in the UK. Perfectly good food gets thrown into landfills due to it having the wrong shape as in the case of carrots, or apples being too big or too small etc..<\/p>\n<p>Food For All is the Novillis recycling project of the year 2008 and 2009.
