Online competition to create awareness on moral education and principles among students \u2013 ‘GITANUSHILANAM 2022’ by Learn Gita Live Gita (LGLG)<\/a>, an initiative by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).<\/strong><\/p>\n Greetings from the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). <\/p>\n On the occasion of ‘Gita Jayanti,’<\/strong> Learn Gita Live Gita<\/a> in collaboration with ISKCON Bhagavad Gita Pathshala \u2013 Dehradun, Bhaktivedanta Club IIT Kanpur, and IIT Mandi, ISKCON Ranchi and Bhaktivedanta Club IIT Patna are organizing ‘GITANUSHILANAM 2022<\/a>‘<\/strong>. GITANUSHILANAM is an online international competition based on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. <\/p>\n Today\u2019s children are tomorrow\u2019s leaders. Present day young generation is going astray with innumerable distractions such as Television, Mobile, Internet, drug addiction, etc. There is a serious need to revamp cultural and value education, especially among the students. ISKCON has been instrumental in helping students inculcate moral values by teaching time-tested, most efficient, and proven formulas from the world-famous literature \u2013 Bhagavad Gita, through a variety of courses, seminars, and quiz competitions all over the world.<\/p>\n Bhagavad Gita is a life manual that teaches us the aim of life and the art of living a happy and successful life by harmonizing our personal, social, professional, and spiritual lives. Therefore, it is a timeless (eternal) knowledge that is religion-neutral and applicable to the entire mankind at all times, places, and circumstances.<\/strong> Through education and practical application of Bhagavad Gita wisdom, anyone can attain success and happiness in their respective occupation.<\/p>\n GITANUSHILANAM 2022<\/a><\/strong> is an online annual festival for all national and international students to showcase their natural talents through the lens of the Bhagavad Gita. It is also an opportunity to learn the science of Bhagavad Gita and how to apply it in their lives successfully. This is an initiative of Dr. Lila Purushottam Das (a.k.a. Dr. Laxmidhar Behera), Director, IIT Mandi, and a world-renowned scientist in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics<\/strong>. He is also a Bhagavad Gita teacher and practitioner for the last 30 years and leads multiple initiatives such as Learn Gita Live Gita<\/strong> online course, Bhaktivedanta Gurukula and International School (BGIS) Vrindavan, Bhaktivedanta Club IIT Kanpur, etc.<\/p>\n \n<\/p>\n 6 major competitions are being organized as part of this online fest: <\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Bhagavad Gita Quiz Competition (above 6 years)<\/p>\n 2. Bhagavad Gita Shloka Recitation Competition (3 to 18 years)<\/p>\n 3. Bhagavad Gita Treasure Hunt Competition (above 14 years)<\/p>\n 4. Bhagavad Gita Extempore Competition (above 6 years)<\/p>\n 5. Bhagavad Gita Art Competition (above 6 years)<\/p>\n 6. Bhagavad Gita Essay Writing Competition (above 6 years)<\/p>\n \n<\/p>\n These competitions will take place under the leadership of eminent personnel from IITs and IIMs<\/strong>.
