We are offering Yoga Retreats here in Sridham Mayapur… the first will run from 17th to 23rd May, and again it will be offered from 31st May until 6th June.<\/p>\n
The proposed schedules would be:<\/p>\n
17th May – Arrival
\n18th – 22nd May \u2013 Jagannath Yoga Seminar
\n23rd May \u2013 Departure<\/p>\n
31st May – Arrival
\n1st \u2013 5th June \u2013 Jagannath Yoga Seminar
\n6th June \u2013 Departure<\/p>\n
25th May is Nrsimhadev’s appearance day, so any devotees who wanted to participate in either retreat and also be here for this auspicious day can inform us and we can make arrangements for your stay to include this festival.<\/p>\n
The retreat will include Yoga classes, Jagannath Yoga Seminar, Acupressure Therapy\/Massage (individual sessions), Kirtan\/Bhajans. As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner Prasad.<\/p>\n
Seminar will include Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Acupressure Massage, Relaxation, Mantras, Diet and Lifestyle.<\/p>\n
The cost of the Retreat includes accommodation, food, attendance of the Seminar and Therapy treatments. It does not include flights and travel expenses.<\/p>\n
