This is his 40th consecutive year of service to ISKCON Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p>Balabadra was born in Atlanta, became a devotee in Atlanta, and has never served in any other temple since. He was an airport book distributor back in the day, temple vice president for 5 years, and temple president for 20 years! He continue to serve despite being replaced. He is always present at temple functions, he has a weekly gita class, and unlimited harinams. I have left out a lot of other service and accomplishments.<\/p>\n<p>We have placed a plaque in our temple room commemorating his achievement in service to Srila Prabhupada.
