How can one, if Prabhupada says that \u2018there will not be many\u2019, and if in our line there has been women in that role of Diksa Gurus?! It is almost absurd to me to be categorically against it. But obviously the qualification has to be there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yes; \u201cthe qualification has to be there\u201d (which is a principle for both men and women), who could disagree on this?<\/p>\n[By the way, Srila Prabhupada never said that \u201cthere will not be many.\u201d Srila Prabhupada, when he said \u201cnot so many,\u201d was referring to the past, not to the future.]\n<p>I feel relieved for Devaki Mataji because there has been an attempt to show that she supported the \u201canti-FDG\u201d views.
