This year, as every year, the biggest Harinam of the year is always at Lord Jagannatha\u00cds ecstatic Rathayatra Festival. There is now a plan to make the second biggest street kirtan of the year the day before Rathayatra.<\/p>\n
This year, with the co-operation of Bhaktivedanta Manor, we have arranged for over 80 of Srila Prabhupada\u00cds direct disciples to come together and perform Maha Harinam along the whole length of Oxford Street – up and down. Back in September 2011 we had a similar reunion where over forty Srila Prabhupada disciples gathered with many younger devotees for a truly memorable Maha Harinam. http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Lm7xpg3APSE<\/a> After the Harinam EVERYONE is invited to return to Bhaktivedanta Manor for extra special prasadam and an evening in the temple\u00cds theatre room. The evening programme will be a drama and some memories from senior Vaisnavas with one or two surprises.<\/p>\n The plan is to have two SKP parties D one on each side of the street, all the way up to Marble Arch and back. Our GBC man Praghosa prabhu will be joining us along with many other local leaders. We are expecting devotees from all over the world to take part in both the reunion and the Rathayatra the next day. At least two coaches will leave the Manor around 11.30am on the day. They will return around 5pm for prasadam and the evening gathering in the Theatre Room from 6 o\u00cdclock until late.<\/p>\n Please put this date in your dairy.
