RESOLVED:<\/p>\n

1. North America Area – Idaho is divided along the time zone line; the Northern part remains with the North West zone while the Southern part becomes part of the Pacific\/West zone.<\/p>\n

2. Europe \u2013 instead of being divided into seven zones, Europe shall include the following thirty-seven zones:<\/p>\n

1. Great Britain (England, Wales & Scotland)
\n 2. Ireland (including Northern Ireland)
\n 3. Iceland
\n 4. Sweden
\n 5. Denmark & Faroe Islands
\n 6. Norway
\n 7. Finland
\n 8. Estonia
\n 9. Latvia
\n 10. Lithuania
\n 11. Poland
\n 12. Czech Republic
\n 13. Slovakia
\n 14. France & Monaco
\n 15. Belgium & Luxembourg
\n 16. Netherlands
\n 17. Spain & Andorra
\n 18. Portugal
\n 19. Italy, San Marino & Vatican City
\n 20. Malta
\n 21. Greece
\n 22. Cyprus
\n 23. Israel
\n 24. Germany & Austria
\n 25. Switzerland & Liechtenstein
\n 26. Hungary
\n 27. Romania
\n 28. Bulgaria
\n 29. Turkey
\n 30. Slovenia
\n 31. Bosnia & Herzegovina
\n 32. Croatia
\n 33. Serbia
\n 34. Kosovo
\n 35. Montenegro
\n 36. Macedonia

3. Indian Subcontinent Area \u2013 the Eastern part shall include nine zones:<\/p>\n

1. Odisha (Orissa)
\n 2. Bihar & Jharkhand
\n 3. Nepal
\n 4. West Bengal (except Sridham Mayapur), Sikkim & Bhutan
\n 5. Sridham Mayapur
\n 6. Bangladesh
\n 7. Asom (Assam) (without the Barak Valley), Meghalaya & Arunachal Pradesh
\n 8. Tripura & the Barak Valley (three Bengali-speaking districts of Asom)
\n 9. Manipur, Mizoram & Nagaland<\/p>\n

4. Indian Subcontinent Area \u2013 South India shall include nine zones:<\/p>\n

1. Andhra Pradesh, Coastal Zone (districts: Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam & Nelluru)
\n 2. Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema Zone (districts: Chitoor, Ananthapur, Kadapa & Kurnool).
\n 3. Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Zone (districts: Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medak, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda & Mahabubnagar).
\n 4. Karnataka, Bangalore Zone
\n 5. Karnataka, Southern Districts Zone (all districts up to & including Shimoga, Davangere Chitradurga)
\n 6. Karanataka, Northern Districts Zone
\n 7. Kerala (whole state)
\n 8. Eastern Tamil Nadu (Nilgiris & Coimbatore districts)
\n 9. Rest of Tamil Nadu<\/p>\n

5. Indian Subcontinent Area \u2013 Maharashtra & Goa shall include five zones :<\/p>\n

1. Greater Mumbai (including Thane)
\n 2. Goa & Konkan
\n 3. North West Maharashtra
\n 4. South West Maharashtra
\n 5. Vidarbha (North East Maharashtra)<\/p>\n

6. Indian Subcontinent Area:<\/p>\n

1. Sri Lanka: one zone
\n 2. Uttar Pradesh: four zones
\n 3. Delhi & National Capital Region: one zone
\n 4. Jammu & Kashmir: one zone
\n 5. Uttarkhand & Himachal Pradesh: one zone
\n 6. Rajasthan: three zones
\n 7. Madhya Pradesh: two zones
\n 8. Punjab: one zone
\n 9. Haryana & Chandigarh: one zone
\n 10. Chhattisgarh: one zone<\/p>\n

7. Indian Subcontinent Area \u2013 Pakistan shall be a single zone<\/p>\n

8. Russian Sphere Area – Russia shall be a single zone<\/p>\n

9. Russian Sphere Area – Azerbaijan shall be a single zone<\/p>\n

10. Russian Sphere Area:<\/p>\n

1. Mongolia: one zone
\n 2. Ukraine & Moldova: one zone
\n 3. Belarus: one zone
\n 4. Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Taijikistan, Uzbekistan & Turkmenistan): one zone
\n 5. Georgia: one zone
\n 6. Armenia: one zone<\/p>\n

11. Sub-Saharan Africa Area:<\/p>\n

1. Angola, Zambia & Namibia: one zone
\n 2. South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho & Swaziland: one zone
\n 3. Mozambique, Zimbabwe & Malawi: one zone
\n 4. Madagascar & Mauritius: one zone
\n 5. Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Sierra Leone, Cape Verde & Liberia: one zone
\n 6. Cote d\u2019Ivoire, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Togo & Benin: one zone
\n 7. Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 and Pr\u00edncipe & Central African Republic: one zone
\n 8. Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda: one zone
\n 9. Rwanda & Burundi: one zone
