Only a house built on shifting sand would be affected by storms.\u201d  This was the message Radhanath Swami shared with over hundred CEO\u2019s and HR heads of various companies at the Chief Learning Officer\u2019s (CLO) summit at the Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai, on 10th October\u2019 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The summit is India\u2019s premier platform for leaders in corporate learning and leadership development. The two-day event was organized by LeapVault, a leading executive development &#038; knowledge media company.<\/p>\n<p>Amongst the other guests of honour were Shri Piyush Goyal, the Honorable Minister with the Government of India, and Mrs. Rajashree Birla, the Chairperson of The Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives and Rural Development.<\/p>\n<p>Quoting the Bhagavad-gita, Radhanath Swami highlighted the role of leaders in the society, \u201cKrishna says in the Gita that what leaders do, common men follow. If a leader is humble and grateful, he\u2019d recognize his abilities as a gift of God, and as a humble instrument in the hands of God, he\u2019d use them for service of others\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Radhanath Swami also met Mr. K. V. Srinivasan, CEO of Reliance Commercial Finance and Dr. Tony O\u2019Driscoll, the Executive Director of Duke CE.
