This presentation explores Srila Prabhupada\u2019s view of succession by extracting principles and lessons from his teachings.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The success of any society depends on the quality of its leadership. Hence, succession depends on the training of good leaders. A good leader is one whose character and behavior are based on \u015ar\u012bmad-Bh\u0101gavatam. <\/p>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This work examines examples of both success\u2014Maharaja Dhruva, \u00c5\u00f1abhadeva, Citraketu, and P\u00e5thu\u2014and failure\u2014Dh\u00e5tar\u00e4\u00f1\u00f6ra and Vena.
