He worked tirelessly to make Lokanatha Swami the Sri Mahant of our new ISKCON Akhara. At one point, before Lokanatha Swami arrived, someone started a rumor that he was a foreigner, as till now there is no foreign mahant. But Jnana Das, the Vaisnava who is head of the Whole India Sadhu Board, said, &#8220;Bring me ten foreign sannyasis tommorrow and I will make them all mahants!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This is a wonderful service to perfrom in the holy month of Kartika. Anyone who would like to contribute to this feast is welcome to contact me at deena.bandhu.acbsp@pamho.net.
