Oh Lord! the Sweet Lord of Lords,
\nTo You I pay my humble obeisances,
\nUpon Thy Feet I offer fragrant flowers,
\nUnto You I offer freshly churned butter.<\/p>\n

When You let me off to this world so dark,
\nI rem’mber You gifted me an admirable gift
\nWanting to enjoy apart from You
\nThe Lord of Mercy You let me do the same.<\/p>\n

Wrapped in a golden covering
\nYou granted me gift called Free Will
\nElated i was- i suppose,
\nGlad to go my way.<\/p>\n

Roads I traversed in plenty
\nSome paths were strewn with flowers,
\nI immersed myself in mundane joys,
\nAnd not thought of You even once.<\/p>\n

Some roads were laced with danger
\nThe thorns of Karmic Law
\nWhen ill fate bounced upon me
\nI wondered ‘loud “But why Lord me?”<\/p>\n

Dark roads that made me stumble
\nMade my thoughts turn to You,
\nAlas! that moment apart
\nI fell back to my bad old ways.<\/p>\n

One wrong succeeded next fault,
\nThe sin of spiteful envy
\nThe sin of name and glory
\nThe sin of selfishness.<\/p>\n

I went behind ephemeral shadows,
\nAssuming them to be best
\nNot once did I ever realise
\nThat its all but Your expertise.<\/p>\n

How can I yearn for shadows?
\nWhy dont I crave for sun?
\nHundred crore suns ane but nothing
\nAnd I am still groping in dark for candle.<\/p>\n

A moment I say “Yes these are mine”
\nAnd proudly boast off on worldly stage,
\nNext moment I cry out in despair,
\n“Oh but why had it now gone?”<\/p>\n

I vainly propounded ownership
\nI wished for worthy Love
\nLittle did ignorant I knew,
\nOnly You know how to Love true.<\/p>\n

Yes! my most Majestic Lordship,
\nI give up my hope in this world,
\nMy only guide shall be Thy Footsteps,
\nMy only light- Your Lotus eyes.<\/p>\n

With all the sighs of an erred young child,
\nWho wronged her benevolent mom
\n‘Here I am’- the Lord of all Gopis,
\nI come to surrender my soul.<\/p>\n

I’ve burned my hand in the pyre of world,
\nThe free will is just too short- sighted,
\nTrying to enjoy away from You,
\nI realise it just cant be.<\/p>\n

My Lord is the treasure of all joy,
\nThe key to the world of true bliss.
\nMy Lord is the Lorsdhip of all Gods,
\nMy Lord is the one to be Served.<\/p>\n

Ah! so glad I am, back to be here,
\nTo be a speck of dust of Your Feet,
\nAnd I place with utmost reverence
\nThe Gift of Free will on Thy Feet.<\/p>\n

“No Lord- not anymore”
\nI need not,this crazy horse,
\nI’m happy to be just ruled by You,
\nI’m glad to be Your unpaid maid.<\/p>\n

This ‘free will’ was gifted why,
\nI received an answer now.
\nYou gave me the gift of free will
\nTo let me realise i need none.<\/p>\n

Just as the way a loving dad
\nLet the kid the burn of a tiny splinter
\nOnly to keep the child afar
\n>From more deathly whorls of flames.<\/p>\n

Thank You my most worthy Lord
\nTo let me have gone this way
\nI now return to thy feet
\nAnd surrender all I have.<\/p>\n

Take me into Thy shelter
\nI need no fame, name or gold
\nNo grandeur ,no kinship, nor free will
\nAll I need is Thy Mercy and Love.<\/p>\n

Please Lord Keep my faith strong,
\nLet everything else just go-
\nKith and Kin and everyone else
\nI need just thy Holy Feet.<\/p>\n

Take back with limitless Mercy
\nThis double edged sword called free will
\nYour Will be now on my will
\nI need no free will anymore.<\/p>\n

Grant me the boon of serving You,
\nGrant me the boon of unshaking faith,
\nGrant me the boon of surrender true
\nAnd make me free of all worldly woe.<\/p>\n

Let me be the servant there,
\nMost fallen, most worthless
\nI have not, the desire to rule now
\nAll I wish is servitorship.<\/p>\n

All Glories to Lord of Lords!
\nAll Glories to Radha Rani!
\nAll Glories to holy Vraj vasis!
