He was incredibly eager to hear the figures of how many books were being distributed. Indeed, he said it gave him life. When a new book was printed, Prabhupada felt as though he had conquered an empire. He told one disciple \u2013 \u201cthe best of me is in my books.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At this special time in ISKCON\u2019s history, Bhaktivedanta Manor would like to make an epic offering to His Divine Grace \u2013 no less than 100,000 books distributed this Christmas! Last year we distributed 51,000 books, and that was the most successful marathon for 18 years! So this year\u2019s \u201c100k Effort\u201d is a huge operation that requires everyone\u2019s support! It was Srila Prabhupada who told us to \u201cthink big\u201d and aim to \u201cdouble it\u201d.
