A poem in honor of ISKCON\u2019s Golden Jubilee.
\nSamapriya Devi Dasi (ACBSP): There is a section written from the point of view of one who resides in New Ramanreti.<\/p>\n

ISKCON\u2019S GOLDEN JUBILEE<\/p>\n

Srila Prabhupada built a house
\nthe whole world could live in,
\nwelcoming melechas and yavanas
\nwhose lives were degraded and covered in sin.<\/p>\n

The vision of the pure devotee
\nis boundless and broad,
\nhe sees within the hearts of men
\nthe undivided Lord.<\/p>\n

Unleashing the value of each human birth
\nforetold in a divine prediction,
\nthe Sankirtan Movement has come to the earth
\nbestowing the prime benediction.<\/p>\n

Joyfully embracing the Holy Name
\nto establish religiosity
\nPrabhupada\u2019s movement takes it\u2019s place
\nattaching itself to the Caitanya tree.<\/p>\n

The ultimate good for all the world
\nand essence of its divine teaching,
\nhas now spread around to every country and town
\nall glories to Srila Prabhupada\u2019s preaching!<\/p>\n

And the Vedas deliver the Absolute Truth
\nawakened throughout the ages,
\nof a spiritual realm within each heart
\nbroadcast by self-realized sages.<\/p>\n

To deliver the suffering souls of this world
\nSrila Prabhupada translated these books,
\nhis purports composed, in crystal-like prose
\nget sweeter the deeper one looks.<\/p>\n

We are living in Krsna\u2019s abode
\nSrila Prabhupada invited us here,
\nas we abide by his sacred words
\nour path Back to Godhead will remain clear.<\/p>\n

ISKCON\u2019S tenets are suited
\nfor men of all time
\nwith no closed doors
\non this house of the sublime.<\/p>\n

Never limited to a selected few
\nno matter what you\u2019re inclined to do
\nvariety includes both me and you
\nthe desire of the Lord is ever fresh and new.<\/p>\n

Everyone is equal in the eyes of God,
\nfrom His transcendental qualities we\u2019re created,
\nthough in this world where surrendering is odd
\nhappiness is found when our pride is abated.
\n\u2014
\nIn one remote corner of great Mayadesh,
\na faraway hamlet is surviving,
\nwhere generations of devotees are serving the Lord
\nand bhakti is growing and thriving.<\/p>\n

To this sacred place devotees have flocked
\nattracted to each other\u2019s alliance,
\nseeking spiritual strength beyond worldly cares
\nin a fellowship of godly compliance.
\nSri Sri Gaura Nitai are the Lords of our hearts
\nand we become ecstatic when the kirtan starts.
\nWe chant the holy name, dance to transcendental sound
\neasily renouncing what keeps us earthly bound.<\/p>\n

Exquisite Radhe Shyama are the Lords of the land
\nThey except loving service from each devotee\u2019s hand,
\nwho completely gives his heart to what the Lord commands
\nwe are the loyal servants of New Ramanreti sands.<\/p>\n

When we walk in the temple it\u2019s a sight to behold
\ntwo divine brothers beautiful and bold.
\nThey\u2019ve stolen our hearts and won\u2019t give them back
\nafter all They are thieves who provide what we lack.<\/p>\n

For 50 years ISKCON has steadily grown,
\nas we place Lord Caitanya in our hearts on a throne.
\nPraying to remain on the Lord\u2019s sacred tree
\nand bloom in pure love for eternity.<\/p>\n
