Will Isopanisad change his mind?
\nRecently, while I was distributing in Ljubljana (Slovenia), I approached a man and offered him an Isopanisad.
\nI asked him, \u201cWhat\u2019s your name?\u201d
\n\u201cMy name is Mrtu.\u201d
\n\u201cInteresting. It sounds like a Sanskrit word. This books tells about higher consciousness and unlocks inner happiness.\u201d
\nHe asked, \u201cHow do you feel about the theory of evolution?\u201d
\n\u201cThere is no observable evidence,\u201d I said, \u201cso I don\u2019t accept it as being true. It\u2019s no more than a theory and will never be more than a theory.\u201d
\n\u201cI agree. And what about creation? How did all of this come about?\u201d
\n\u201cGod is known as satya sankalpa, which means that whatever He wants, happens by His arrangement. There is an immense intelligence behind the creation \u2014 it\u2019s not started by chance or the Big Bang.\u201d
\nHe mentioned that he\u2019s a lawyer and speaks nine languages. I was impressed.
\nSo I told him, \u201cYou\u2019re very intelligent, and on top of that you have good energy. I want you to read this book. It will reveal to you things you\u2019ve never thought of. We just ask for a donation.\u201d
\nHe said, \u201cI\u2019ll give you a donation, but keep the book.\u201d
\n\u201cNo, no, more important than the donation is that you take the book,\u201d
\nI said. He took the book and gave a donation, but what\u2019s interesting is that as he gave me a donation he said, \u201cI\u2019ve never believed in God and never will.\u201d
\nHopefully the Isopanisad will change his frame of mind.
