HCINA is very appreciative and supportive of ISKCON.<\/p>\n<p>This may be a great opportunity for devotee photographers (or aspiring photographers) to share their work.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vyenkata Bhatta dasa<br \/>\nDirector of Communications, ISKCON North America   <\/p>\n<p>CALL FOR ENTRIES:<br \/>\nPhotographs of Hindu Temples, Ashrams, festivals,<br \/>\npriests, devotees, men, women, youth and children.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline for Submission: March 31, 2007<\/p>\n<p>Purpose: The Hindu Collective Initiative of North America (HCINA) is holding a Call for Entries in the field of Photography. Winning entries would be printed with a credit line in one of their publications, however, there is no cash award for winners.<\/p>\n<p>Entry Requirements<br \/>\nThis competition is open to all photographers, amateur and professional, and must include originally produced work.<\/p>\n<p>Entries may originate from any country.<\/p>\n<p>Explanation of the photograph in English is required. Submission of entries acknowledges the right of HCINA to include them in any publication or exhibition, without requiring further permission, or paying any remuneration.<br \/>\nThere is no fee for this competition.<\/p>\n<p>Preparation of Entries<br \/>\nEach submission may be a single entry or a series of entries. Series entries must be numbered in succession of progression and have a limit of five photographs. Each individual photograph must have the following information clearly marked:<\/p>\n<p>Name of Entrant<br \/>\nName of Digital File<br \/>\nTitle of Image<br \/>\nDate Produced<br \/>\nDescription of Image<br \/>\nIf in a Series, progression number.<\/p>\n<p>Entries can be submitted in the following format:<br \/>\nDigital files: RGB (not CMYK) JPG format, 300 dpi. With one dimension (either height or width) being 2000 pixels. Each entry should be labeled in the following manner with an attached text document indicating the above identifying information. Digital image files must be labeled in the following manner:<br \/>\nAB_001.jpg, AB_002.jpg, AB_003.jpg, etc. where &#8220;AB&#8221; stand for initials of entrant.<\/p>\n<p>All entries must be emailed by March 31, 2007<br \/>\nTO: ved@HICAD.us<br \/>\nCC: slprabhu1@yahoo.com<br \/>\nCC: pd@barsanadham.org<\/p>\n<p>Categories\/Subject Matter<br \/>\nThe images should reflect at least one of the following categories.
