Whatever outer challenges or inner demons we have, will be overcome by Krishna\u2019s grace for those who persevere in their vows. &nbsp;It is only those who quit who will suffer defeat.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Even as the connection and dependency between the words \u201cdisciple\u201d and \u201cdiscipline\u201d are obvious, some devotees tend to be more attentive to the fruits than the root. &nbsp;Disconnected from her root, the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bhakti-lata<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> will wither. &nbsp;However much we may balk or resist the concept, it is discipline<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;that forms the soul of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vaidhi-bhakti<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and reveals the heart of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">raganuga-bhakti<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in due course of time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Discipline applies to four levels of spiritual development, each successively deeper and subtler: body, mind, words, and emotions.
