The purpose of this teaching tool is to clarify how each one of these traditions ultimately culminated with Lord Caitanya’s acintya-bedabeda-tattva presentation of the absolute truth.

I have nearly the whole chart complete but I am personally having difficulty understanding the subtle differences are between what Nimbarkarcarya taught, what Sri Vallabacarya taught and Lord Caitanya’s conclusion.

More specifically Nimbarkacarya is the founder of the Dvaita-Advaita understanding of the Absolute truth which is understood as “Simultaneously Non-Duality and Duality.” To me that sounds virtually equivalent to: “Inconceivably One and Different!”

Sri Vallabacharya taught “Suddha-Advaita” which means “Purified Non-Dualism and Pure Monism. “ Doesn’t the word Non-Dual (Oneness) and Monism(Oneness) both mean the same thing as “Advaita”? (Not Two ie: Oneness)

For those who may be unfamiliar with what I am speaking about I can point you towards other graphic teaching tools I have done in the past. I have already completed several charts of this nature which many devotees have greatly appreciated. They are often referred to appreciatively as “Illustrated Cliff Notes” to Srila Prabhupada’s books. An abbreviated version of the chart I did on the “Four Legs of Dharma” can be found here: http://www.dandavats.com/?p=8672 That along with five other small format charts can be reviewed here: https://jagannatha.com/product/6gphchrset/preview_id=508&preview_nonce=36945599bc&_thumbnail_id=1117&preview=true

Since then I have also illustrated the Vedic Concept of Time, (http://jagannatha.com/?s=UNIVERSAL+MAP&submit=Search ) and the Knowledge Acquiring process of the Soul. (http://jagannatha.com/product/knoacqprcnsol/)

So I am currently looking for more information on the six different philosophy systems that have come from India and particularly how to better understand the subtle differences between the last three. I will be happy to provide a free copy of the finished chart when it is printed to anyone who offers new material I do not currently have to help me clarify how to best illustrate the points I am inquiring about.

Thank you very much.

mayesvara dasa

I can be reached at: mdjagdasa@gmail.com (805) 640-0405

Mayesvara dasa: I am in the process of developing a new graphic learning chart that lays out the six different primary philosophies that evolved in India with appropriate scriptural details.

[72

post-45083","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-message-board
["GET
