Kartik month is particularly dear to Lord Sri Krsna. This month is full of bhakta vatsalya. Any vrata, even the smallest, will yield huge results\u2026Srimati Radhika is the presiding deity of the holy month of Kartik. Rupa Goswami and others refer to Radharani as Kartik Devi; in other words, Radhika is the goddess or presiding Deity of the Kartik Vrata.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura also stated that by performing Navadvip Mandala Parikrama, the whole world will be liberated. <\/p>\n<p>Kartik Navadvip Mandala Parikrama is a perfect getaway to get absorbed in the pastimes of the Lord. The Parikrama begins on October 18th and will end on October 25th, 2017.<br \/>\nThere will be two days break, for Goverdhan puja (20th October) &#038; Srila Prabhupada\u2019s disappearance (23rd October) so that devotees can participate in the festivals.<br \/>\nFor this year also, the parikrama will not stay overnight; we will leave each day from the ISKCON Mayapur campus at 5 AM and return no later than 5 PM.
