\nDear devotees, friends and well-wishers:
\nThis is an update on Agnideva prabhu. In fact, it will be the final update on this GoFundMe page as he is doing very well! Yesterday his physiotherapist at rehab took away his walker saying that Agnideva prabhu can now walk unaided on his own. Last Friday, he was given an endurance test and asked to walk as far as he could for 6 minutes. He did very well. He will be discharged tomorrow and will move into an apartment with his son Sadbhuja dasa and his daughter-in-law, Jackie in Sydney. Next Friday, he will have a post-surgery cardiac evaluation after which he will attend a prescribed physio\/exercise course as an outpatient at the hospital. It will be around 3-4 weeks before his breathing is back to normal and when safe he will fly back to Portland to stay at Sadbhuja\u2019s home.
\nOnce again, we would like to thank everyone who donated towards his recovery. To date the fund-raising has brought in close to $141,000. In consultation with the hospital and his rehab, we feel this amount will be sufficient for past, present and future expenses for Agnideva prabhu. We will present a full list of all expenses soon on Agnideva\u2019s Facebook page. It is heartwarming to have seen so many devotees, friends and well-wishers come forward to support him in his time of need.
