In a colorful ceremony in the morning after darshana arthi, Srila Prabhupada , Garudadeva deities and Sri Gaur-Nitai deities from Bhajan Kutir were brought in a Sankirtan procession to Lotus Building Park where the flag hoisting took place. Matajis accompanied the procession carrying water pots and lamps. It was more exciting for the visiting Russian devotees to see how local Bengali matajis were vibrating uluating sounds and expert in blowing conch. Exhilarating Kirtan by Lokanath Swami surcharged the atmosphere with festive mood. Gurukulis were chanting Vedic mantras invoking auspiciousness.
