A. R. E. Hospice Room being formed in Gita Nagari Farm in Pennsylvania (U. S.)<\/p>\n<p>With the assistance of HG Mitravinda dasi, the Board of Directors for Vaisnavas CARE is in the process of organizing and decorating one room in the Gita Nagari Farm building to be used for terminally ill devotees. We are humbly begging for donations of Laksmi for furniture that needs to be purchased such as:<\/p>\n<p>Twin bed<\/p>\n<p>Night stand<\/p>\n<p>Side table Lamp<\/p>\n<p>MP3 player<\/p>\n<p>Comfortable chair by bedside for devotee to read to patient<\/p>\n<p>Small, round dining table with 2-4 chairs<\/p>\n<p>Krsna conscious DVD&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>MP3 bhajans (calming ones)<\/p>\n<p>Other items are already being collected by the devotees, such as:<\/p>\n<p>Srila Prabhupada&#8217;s books<\/p>\n<p>Small TV with DVD player<\/p>\n<p>Clean, fresh linens\/blankets<\/p>\n<p>Wheelchair<\/p>\n<p>Canes<\/p>\n<p>Walker<\/p>\n<p>Latex gloves<\/p>\n<p>Incontinent pads (disposable and washable)<\/p>\n<p>Combs\/toothbrushes\/toothpaste\/lotions<\/p>\n<p>Heel pads for comfort<\/p>\n<p>We still need:<\/p>\n<p>Pillows<\/p>\n<p>One other comfortable chair for the second caregiver<\/p>\n<p>Framed pictures of Srila Prabhupada and Krsna lila<\/p>\n<p>Curtains<\/p>\n<p>Bedside Clock or wall clock<\/p>\n<p>Long, door mirror<\/p>\n<p>Our thanks to Mitravinda dasi, a Philadelphia disciple of HH Bhakti Tirtha Swami, for making calls and humbly asking for donations for this needed cause.
