\nBy Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur Prabhupada.
\nBy preaching the message of Srimad-Bhagavatam,
\nGaurasundara showed that all so-called great
\nsampradayas and sadhanas that have appeared in the past
\nand will continue to appear in the future are extremely
\nweak and full of cheating. He has also revealed that
\nthe congregational chanting of Krishna\u2019s holy name
\nis the only way for humanity to achieve its ultimate
\nbenefit. But this chanting should be about Krishna
\nand for Krishna. Whatever we do to enjoy our senses
\nis not \u201cKrishna\u201d, and chanting to satisfy the senses of
\nconditioned souls is not Krsna-kirtana. If we mistake
\nmaya\u2019s kirtan for Krsna-kirtana \u2014 a seashell for silver,
\nan ordinary sound for the holy name \u2014 then we have
\nbeen deceived!
