Sadbhuja Das: We have been working on numerous sectors of the ToVP, please see the update on the current works:
\n1. Utility Floor
\nWe are now raising the land in the utility area and compacting it. The total area measures 130’000 sq feet (12.077 sq M).
\nIn the second image you can also see how the concrete laying has also begun.
\n2. Inner Walls
\nYou can see the inner walls marble finishing is now going right around. the image attached are of the full area behind the altar.
\nWe practically started the 4 areas, from east to north, west and south.
\nThese areas will be most likely completed within the next 2 months.
\n3. Pillars
\nWe have also commenced doing the inner pillars in the temple room as specified in our drawings as you saw previously.
\nWe will keep you updated on how they are coming up. This is shaping up very well.
\n4. Garuda Murti
\nWe are in the final stages of modeling Garuda out of clay and making preparations to make it out of fiberglass, ready for future casting.
\n5. Iron Work
\nThe iron gate for Prabhupada bridge on the long building is completed and we are going to commence all the ironwork on the Chatris in the coming week.
\n6. Chatri Peacocks
\nYou can see many of the works on the Chatris are almost completed with the peacocks and marble.
\nYou can see how wonderful the Chatris are shaping up.
\nNote – The stars and ribbons for the main dome will arrive next week. These are double the size of the ones on the small domes. We are looking forward to working with them.
