He suggested that leaders should not only be aware of signs of discouragement in their comrades and community members, but they should also have a plan re-inspire them when they do see these signs.<br \/>\nHis insights were based on the fact that those following the path of pure devotional service are not only rare, but they are also especially dear to Lord Krishna.<br \/>\nFrom a practical point of view, Rupanuga Prabhu also cited a couple of oft-repeated mantras from the world of business:<br \/>\n\u201cIt\u2019s easier and cheaper to keep a customer than it is to make a new one.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cLeaders should keep their eyes trained to see the potential in others.\u201d<br \/>\nSrila A.C.
