All Glories to Srila Prabhupada.<\/p>\n<p>Have you seen an encounter with prasadam transform someone\u2019s life &#8211; &#8211; including your own?<\/p>\n<p>For the past 35 years I\u2019ve been cooking prasadam in ISKCON kitchens, including the well-known Kalachandji\u2019s Restaurant in Dallas, Texas started in 1982, and now in Gainesville, Florida, home of the huge daily Krishna Lunch program at the University of Florida serving 5,000 plates a week. After seeing prasadam touch so many lives, I have resolved to compile a book entitled The Glories of Krishna Prasadam to disseminate such prasadam pastimes along with other important related topics, including:<\/p>\n<p>The importance of prasadam distribution<br \/>\nStories from shastra<br \/>\nKitchen standards and etiquette<br \/>\nRestaurant standards<br \/>\nThe spiritual and material importance of using ghee<br \/>\nThe science of yajna explained<br \/>\nFoods to be avoided<br \/>\nVegetarian vs. Vegan<br \/>\nLarge quantity cooking recipes<\/p>\n<p>And much, much more, all with relevant quotes from shastra and Srila Prabhupada.<\/p>\n<p>Please send your prasadam miracles to Sunanda das at sunandadas108@gmail.com,  and get the word out to other prasadam lovers to do the same.
