PROJECT MANAGER<\/p>\n
1.\tProject Approval Process
\no\tTo facilitate Divisional Heads who are developing projects to prepare proposals\/Application to get approval from the proper level of management \u2013 Master Plan Team (MPT), Mayapur Administrative Council (MAC), and Mayapur Executive Board (MEB). This includes \u2018land allocation\u2019 and \u2018design\u2019 and \u2018construction\u2019 stage approvals.
\no\tAlign project requirement with Master Plan
\no\tCoordination with various stakeholders (surveyors, engineers, etc) to facilitate various projects
\no\tReport to Master Plan Team regarding ongoing projects
\n2.\tMaster Plan Team Secretary
\no\tMinutes of meetings for MPT (weekly basis)
\no\tTrack progress of various tasks of MPT
\no\tMinutes of meetings of Master Plan Sub Committees
\n3.\tConsultants
\no\tWorking with consultants \u2013 Drainage, Sewage, Vastu, etc
\n4.\tMaster Plan Implementation & Research
\no\tDetailed Planning for various zones \u2013 Visitors, Parks, Cultural Centres,
\nCottage Industries, Retail, etc
\no\tResearch \u2013 Sustainability, Transport, etc
\n5.\tCommunication Skills
\no\tPreparing Master Plan presentations for various management bodies
\no\tReporting project updates to Master Plan Team via email
\n6.\tSoftware \u2013 Autocad, MS office
\n7.\tEagerness to serve in Mayapur Dham. Long Term Commitment (Minimum 2 years)
\n8.\tMaintenance Available<\/p>\n
Landscape Architect
\n1.\tDesign of Spiritual Gardens
\na.\tWork with various Committees to finalise the concept and vision for various public parks (ex – Vrindavan, Navadvipa, Prabhupada, Holy Name, children park, etc) in Mayapur
\nb.\tWork on the detailed design of the parks including different aspects such as landscaping, street furniture, signages, biodiversity, Festival organisation, Visitor experience, etc
\nc.\tWork with Master Plan Team to work on the Landscaping in various zones of Master Plan such as Guest House, Retail, Education, Avenue Plantation, etc
\nd.\tPrepare Site Plans and Cost estimates
\ne.\tPrepare graphic presentations of proposed plans using software
\n2.\tConstruction of the Parks
\na.\tStart Nursery for the Master Plan
\nb.\tSupervise the overall execution of the parks
\nc.\tInspect Landscape work to ensure that the concept is being followed
\n3.\tWork with Consultants \u2013 Biodiversity, Landscape as on need basis
\n4.\tSoftware \u2013 Autocad, MS office
\n5.\tEagerness to serve in Mayapur Dham. Long Term Commitment (Minimum 2 years)
