Location: Sridham Mayapur, India<\/p>\n

Direct line of report: The Ministry’s Operation Team<\/p>\n

Summary Service Description:<\/p>\n

* Coordinating communication with the Ministry’s contacts, receiving and processing reports;
\n * Producing interviews and articles;
\n * Coordinating educational campaigns;
\n * Coordinating the production and circulation of books, magazines, and audiovisuals;
\n * Organizing presentations and seminars in Mayapur, with local educational institutes and visiting groups;
\n * Supervising resident staff and volunteers;
\n * Supervising the office and its equipment;
\n * Managing periodical events such as festivals, award ceremonies, etc.;
\n * Overseeing research and analysis of congregational dynamics within ISKCON and in other organizations;<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

* Solid personal spiritual practices, such as chanting 16 rounds daily;
\n * Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages a plus);
\n * Capacity to coordinate devotees from different parts of the world;
\n * Being self-motivated and self-directed; strong spirit of initiative;
\n * Good communication and social skills;
\n * Familiarity with current communication technologies, especially Internet-based;<\/p>\n

\n * Organizing all practitioners in small groups for intimate exchanges and the building of friendly relation; regular supervision and support.
\n * Temples as tirthas for inspiration and exemplary behaviour; enthusing large gatherings and festivals.

We support the Ministry’s specialized divisions: ISKCON Prison Ministries and the Armed Forces Outreach Ministries.<\/p>\n

We assist in organizing festivals & conventions.<\/p>\n

We remain updated on innovations and trends from both inside and outside ISKCON.<\/p>\n
