Bhava\u2019s Lamentation (6 min. video)
\nThese x3 short skits were prepared for our Grihastha Mentee Group presentation on SB Canto 3 – Chapter 23 entitled \u2018Devahuti\u2019s Lamentation\u2019.<\/p>\n

The three lessons we selected from the chapter to highlight were: <\/p>\n

1) Reciprocal Relationships of service
\nDevahuti and Kardama Muni both made sacrifices for one another that ultimately culminated in spiritual advancement. <\/p>\n

2) Importance of child-rearing
\nTaking the role of a parent is a great responsibility, a gift and can ultimately be very rewarding. <\/p>\n

3) Benefits of a devotee partner
\nOne should not get lost in just enjoying but should remember to focus on making spiritual progress. <\/p>\n

These skits are showing how these lessons can be misinterpreted. This is just for laughs and no offense intended on our part.
