In this paper, we present research on the length and type of fasting for R\u0101ma-navam\u012b from s\u0101dhu, \u015b\u0101stra and guru. We also examine related items such as the concept of completing one\u2019s fasting vow, specific calendar considerations, a comparison with other vi\u1e63\u1e47u-tattva appearance days and Ek\u0101da\u015b\u012b, and practices in some ISKCON centers.
