Leave in a warm place until frothy.<br \/>\nStir in olive oil. Sift flour and salt in a large bowl;<br \/>\nstirring until well combined. Pour in the yeast mixture<br \/>\nand mix until a dough is formed. Knead dough<br \/>\nuntil smooth and elastic, using additional water if<br \/>\nnecessary. Let it rest in a warm place for 60 minutes<br \/>\nor until doubled in size.
