Here are the details you need to know, along with a short video demonstration (see link below).

1) When you drive in, stop at the Guard Desk. You will be asked a series of questions, such as “Do you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath?” You will also be requested to give us your name and telephone number for our records, for contact tracing purposes (in case anyone later finds out to be COVID-19 positive we can immediately contact other devotees who attended that day’s functions so they can get tested.)

2) You will be given a quick temperature check with a no-contact infrared thermometer, and if you have a fever (a temperature of 100 degrees or higher) you will be requested to go home.

3) It is now imperative that you wear a mask when coming to the temple. Please bring your own mask.

4) Social distancing needs to be maintained. We have put signs on the floor for devotees to stand on, where we request you to wait until the next space becomes available. Please follow this strictly.

5) You will be required to use hand sanitizer provided by the greeter before entering the temple room.

7) There is a yellow tape mark in front of each altar marking the spot where we request you to pay standing obeisances. Please limit the time you stand in front of each altar for the benefit of other devotees. If there is no crowd you may have darshan for a little extra time.

Here is a short video demonstrating the procedure: https://is.gd/VHAvSD

ISKCON ALACHUA gradually reopens but with strict rules (1 min. video)
Sunday Darshan Procedure.
Procedure for ISKCON Alachua Temple’s Sunday Darshan during Phase 1b of our gradual reopening, starting May 24, 2020.
Hare Krishna dear devotees, we are happy to begin Sunday Deity Darshan starting May 24, between 4:15 PM and 6:30 PM.
