Parasuram das: It is sad news that Mahavidja prabhu ACBSP has left his body this evening
\nSunday 16th August.<\/p>\n

Last year he suffered a heart attack, he was in no illusion about his days
\nbeing numbered. He left his body this evening at our Temple\/HQ in Brent
\nCross, North London, from a heart attack.<\/p>\n

I only knew him since 1991 when he built a beautiful ornate Padayatra cart.
\nPreviously he had helped construct the Temple in South Africa, and raise
\nthe funds for it. A regular actor with the Bhaktivedanta Players, and a
\nhandyman\/ builder for many of the U.K. Temples.<\/p>\n

He suffered pain from poor health in his later years, yet still managed to
\ncook an incredible community feast from his home, and always ready to give
\nthe Bhagavad Gita classes.<\/p>\n

Over the last five years, he gave a \u00a3100 monthly standing order, from his
\npension, also built a beautiful marble temple room in Brent Cross out of
\nhis own funds.<\/p>\n

He lived there in a simple spotless caravan with his Deities, doing his
\nsadhana and taking responsibility for the whole project.<\/p>\n

A 100% Prabhupada man, that\u2019s the best achievement anyone can obtain in
\ntheir lifetime.<\/p>\n
